Woodland Park in Georgetown is a quaint community of custom homes on acre+ lots. Jimmy Jacobs has a model on site and is opening a new phase in late 2011. Homes range from mid 2000 square feet to larger homes in the 3000 and 4000 square foot range. Prices vary so check with a local Realtor.

Woodland Park is located off Williams Drive where FM 3405 connects. This connection gives access to Cedar Park and Austin via the “back way” – Ronald Reagan Boulevard. Woodland Park is close to area shopping, banks, strip malls and some great restaraunts. Access to Lake Georgetown is just minutes away via Jim Hogg or Russell Park.
